Total Industrial Engraving produce Laser Engraved White Plastic Spur Fused Connection Unit (s), we can laser engrave your free issue spurs or source them for you where necessary.
Because we only laser engrave the spurs rather than mechanically or rotary engraving them it means we can get a consistent finish with the text engraved the same every time. This is very useful if you need to add switchplates onto an existing job.
How do we do it?
This link below shows how we produce Laser Engraved White Plastic Spur Fused Connection Unit (s), firstly we set up the text and positioning within the engraving software, we then engrave the text onto the spurs. Once this is done and we have quality checked the engraving, we then infill the text with paint. This is often black but can be the colour of your choice. We leave it to dry and then remove the excess, leaving behind the coloured text. We can also engrave coloured switchplates to leave white text, such as red, blue or grey switchplates.
Metal switchplates can also be engraved whether they are powder coated or brushed stainless steel or chrome. If you are unsure if we can laser engraved your chosen plate then please email us with the product details and/or a picture and we will check for you. We haven't found many yet that can't be done though.

Prices are £1.40 + vat for plastic white single switchplates, discounts are given for 50+ plates, even if the text changes. With our minimum order charge of just £20 + vat we can engrave switchplates even without a large quantity requirement. Most orders can be completed the same/next day with just the larger quantity orders taking slightly longer. We are always happy to let you have a supply in these cases though.
